Keep the oven door closed while you’re baking your favorite dessert or cooking your dinner.
Every time you open the oven door, the temperature drops 20-50 degrees . It takes a lot of energy to get back up to your original cooking temperature. So, peek by looking in the oven door window and by turning on the light instead.
By keeping the oven door closed, you’ll save on your electricity and your food will be done sooner!
